1. 서비스의 성격

Ask the Moment는 동양문화콘텐츠(육임, 六壬)를 기반으로 하는 유료 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스입니다. 제공되는 감정서는 계산된 판(천지반·사과·삼전)의 해석이며, 투자·의료·법률 자문이 아니고, 어떤 결과도 예측하거나 보장하지 않습니다. 모든 결정과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

2. 판과 감정서가 만들어지는 방식

판(盤)은 이용자가 질문을 입력한 시각과 위치(공유한 경우)를 진태양시로 환산해 정해진 규칙으로 계산합니다. 언어모델이 관여하지 않으며, 같은 순간·같은 질문이면 누가 세워도 같은 판이 나옵니다.
감정서 본문은 그 판과 대응 규칙을 입력받은 언어모델(AI)이 초안을 쓰고, 이용자에게 전달되기 전에 계산된 판과 대조합니다. 본문이 판과 어긋나면 다시 씁니다. 판이 말하지 않는 내용은 쓰지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
감정서에는 판을 세운 시각·위치 기준·진태양시가 함께 기록되어, 이용자가 판이 바르게 섰는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
시기에 관한 문장은 특정 날짜를 단정하지 않고, 범위와 그때가 왔음을 알아보는 신호로 제시합니다.

3. 다루지 않는 것

종목·코인·번호 등 특정 투자 대상의 선택. 투자 자문이 아닙니다.
건강·질병·생사. 의료적 판단은 의료인에게 받으십시오.
형량 등 형사 처벌의 판단. 소송·분쟁은 판이 어느 쪽으로 기우는지와 흐름을 읽되, 판결을 대신하거나 법률 자문을 하지 않습니다.
특정인을 도둑·거짓말쟁이·배신자로 지목하는 판단.
실종·자해·범죄 등 긴급한 상황. 이런 경우 즉시 해당 국가의 긴급전화 또는 전문기관에 연락하십시오.

4. 이용약관

만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
결제 1건은 감정서 1건(질문 1개)에 해당하며, 결제 완료 후 감정서 생성이 시작됩니다.
질문권: 여러 건을 묶어 할인가로 살 수 있습니다(3장 10%, 5장 15%, 10장 30%). 질문권은 로그인 계정에 보관되고 질문할 때마다 1장이 쓰이며 유효기간은 없습니다. 미사용 질문권은 요청 시 환불하되, 이미 사용한 장수는 정가(14,900원)로 계산해 차감합니다.
감정서는 디지털 콘텐츠로 제공되며, 결제 시 안내된 링크에서 다시 열어 볼 수 있습니다. 링크의 보관은 이용자의 책임입니다.
한국어 화면의 결제는 전자결제대행사 이노페이(INNOPAY)의 결제창에서 신용카드로 처리됩니다. 쿠폰 코드가 있으면 결제 없이 감정서를 받을 수 있으며, 쿠폰은 1회용입니다. 영문 화면의 결제는 판매대행사(Merchant of Record) Paddle을 통해 처리되며 영수증·세금 처리는 Paddle의 약관을 따릅니다.
감정서의 내용을 재판매하거나, 본 서비스를 사칭해 배포할 수 없습니다.
본 정책은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지의 갱신 일자를 바꿉니다.

5. 환불

결제는 되었으나 감정서가 생성되지 않은 경우(시스템 오류·생성 실패), 전액 환불합니다. 문의 주소로 결제 시각과 이메일을 보내 주시면 확인 후 처리합니다.
감정서가 정상적으로 생성·전달된 뒤에는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 환불이 어렵습니다. 다만 판이 잘못 세워진 것이 확인되는 경우(시각·위치 계산 오류)에는 다시 세워 드리거나 환불합니다.
결과가 기대와 다르다는 이유의 환불은 어렵습니다. 감정서는 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보

수집 항목: 질문 내용, 질문 시각, 위치(공유한 경우에만; 공유하지 않으면 시간대 중앙값 사용), 이메일(감정서 링크 발송용), 생년·월(연명 계산용, 선택).
결제 정보(카드번호 등)는 본 서비스가 수집·보관하지 않으며 결제대행사(이노페이 또는 Paddle)가 처리합니다. 로그인(구글·카카오·이메일 링크)을 쓰면 계정 식별자와 이메일이 감정서 재열람(마이페이지)을 위해 보관됩니다.
수집한 정보는 감정서 생성·전달·재열람과 결제 분쟁 처리에만 사용하며, 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 감정서 생성을 위해 판과 질문이 언어모델 제공사(OpenAI 등)에 전송됩니다.
보관 기간: 감정서 재열람을 위해 보관하며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
열람·수정·삭제 요청은 문의 주소로 보내 주십시오.

1. Nature of the service

Ask the Moment is a paid digital content service based on East Asian cultural heritage content (Liu Ren, 六壬). The reading you receive is an interpretation of a computed board; it is not investment, medical, or legal advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any outcome. Every decision, and its consequences, remain your own.

2. How the board and the reading are made

The board is computed by fixed rules from the moment you submit your question and your location (if shared), converted to apparent solar time. No language model is involved; the same moment and the same question give the same board, whoever casts it.
The written reading is drafted by a language model (AI) that is given the board and its corresponding rules, and is checked against the computed board before it reaches you. If the text contradicts the board, it is rewritten. What the board does not say is not written.
The reading records the time, the location basis, and the apparent solar time used, so you can verify that the board was cast correctly.
Statements about timing do not name a specific date; they give a range and the signals by which you will know the time has come.

3. What we do not cover

Choosing specific stocks, coins, numbers, or other investment targets. This is not investment advice.
Health, illness, life or death. Medical judgments belong to medical professionals.
Criminal sentences. A lawsuit or dispute is read for which way the board leans and how it unfolds; this does not replace a verdict and is not legal advice.
Naming any person as a thief, a liar, or a traitor.
Emergencies — a missing person, self-harm, a crime. Contact your local emergency number or a professional service immediately.

4. Terms

You must be 18 or older to use this service.
One payment corresponds to one reading (one question). Generation begins after payment is complete.
The reading is delivered as digital content and can be reopened at the link provided at checkout. Keeping that link is your responsibility.
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; receipts and tax handling follow Paddle’s terms.
You may not resell the reading or distribute it while impersonating this service.
This policy may change with notice; the update date on this page will change accordingly.

5. Refunds

If you paid but no reading was generated (system error or generation failure), you receive a full refund. Send the payment time and your email to the contact address and we will confirm and process it.
Once a reading has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not possible due to the nature of digital content. If the board is confirmed to have been cast incorrectly (a time or location error), we will recast it or refund you.
A refund because the result differed from your expectation is not possible. The reading does not guarantee outcomes.

6. Privacy

We collect: your question, the time of the question, your location (only if you share it; otherwise the center of your time zone is used), your email (to send the reading link), and your birth year and month (for the annual-fate position, optional).
Payment details (card numbers etc.) are never collected or stored by this service; Paddle handles them.
The information is used only to generate, deliver, and reopen your reading and to handle payment disputes; it is not sold to third parties. To generate the reading, the board and question are sent to the language-model provider (e.g. OpenAI).
Retention: kept so that you can reopen the reading; deleted without delay upon your request.
